Where is the fuel safety switch on a 1994 izuzu Rodeo 3.2L 4X4

We are working on a rodeo and can't get the fuel pump to energize with the key on.

No fuel saftey switch. If the fuel pump is not working. Either the fuse is blown or a bad relay.

If the altenator has a short can that cause the injetors not to have a pulse?

On izuzu, yes. Have it checked out. The older ones do use the alternator.
