I live in Costa Rica and here we have an annuam inspection for basic safety etc. After the inspection driving home I stopped and had breakfast. After getting back in car I started the engine and put my foot on brake, felt hard like no vacuum?? Went to put it in gear and it would not move. Tried all gears, nothing.. just engine reving and no movement. Pushed the car to the side of the road. My buddy showed up to help tow the car, I got in started it up and the brakes felt normal, went into gear and drove off??? What would cause that??
