I was wondering what is the best way to body fill a car. I have a 1994 Honda prelude with the rear wheel wells starting to rust. Thanks

depends on the size of the area to be filled and whether there is anything (metal) missing in that area. a hole or edge gone in the metal of body. but i have been using spray foam insulation as a method of creating a surface to fill on for final detail finish. use wide tape as a temp backing to apply the foam then shave and grind/sand to shape and apply filler to finish.

by the way, this foam is very messy stuff and sticky as hell so caution must be used.
