94 civic not working
I have 94 honda civic ex vtec and when i turn the key the rotor doesnt move and theres no rr rr in the engine?
rotor doesnt spin and light ping herd from inside car lights dim down but then restart back up. its not the battery .car does sit in cold weather but distributor cap is dry

Seems you have a problem with the starter. Give the starter some knocks with a mallet and if it works, the starter is failing.
