1994 Honda Accord No Power

I left my lights on while I was a work. When I came out my battery was dead. I replaced the battery and I am still recieveing no power. I tried to jump start the new and old battery to no avail. I checked the fuses. I have no power at all. Please help.

Use a test light to ck. For voltage to the under hood fuse panel.U hooked the cables up wrong and blew something a fuse or fuse link.

U ARE GOING TO NEED TO CHECK THE VOLTAGE FROM THE BATTERY AND ANY UNDER HOOD FUSE PANELS WILL NEED TO BE TESTED. U NEED TO SEE IF U HAVE VOLTAGE TO THE IGNITION SWITCH ON THE STEERING COLUMN. START HERE
