Honda Accord Starter Problem
Its a 5 speed honda accord. sometimes car will not start, but it can be started with ignition in the on position and in neutral with a remote starter swich .also a new starter was added and the eletrical part of the switch replaced and the neutral saftey swich replaced. after all the above has been done, is there a starter relay somewhere in the system?

nope, just the solenoid on the starter.
is there power to the solenoid when it start mode???
