Vehicle smokes and runs but will not idle. this started about two weeks ago when it failed to start from extreme cold. One time early on when started it ran perfect, but never since. Change spark plugs, ignition wires, cap, rotor , to try to solve, helped but still no idle. Could this be an Electrical Issue ?
