What engine? Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first.

It's a 4.3 W code engine, so I am guessing its the CPI from what I found researching it. Ok thanks will do and see what comes up with it.

It should be 55-61 psi unless it's atbi unit which should be 9-11 psi.

Ok, we'll I checked the pressure and its way low for CPI, it came out at about 30psi, and I pulled the top plenum off and there's quite a bit of raw fuel sittin on top of lower enum, and pulled the injectors out and there's not a single o-ring on any of them, so ordering a set from Rockauto and gonna change the fuel cap also, so will see if it comes back up to normal when that's done and see if that remedies the issue, will keep you posted, thx

It's probably the fuel pump the orings should be replaced if there were none but check inside the lower intake for them as they could have slid off. The pressure wouldn not be affected if truck wasn't running as it can be taken with just the key on.
