1994 Gmc Jimmy Recently Removed Te Dash Replace Heater Core Now Alternator

I recently removed te dash to replace the heater core and now the alternator and battery circuit doesn't work. I thought I had marked everything that was unplugged, so it would be plugged back in the correct place, but not sure. I checked fuses, but none were bad. Never is to remove the wiring harness and see if it maybe has a short and the block. Any suggestions?
