Ford Ranger Vibration Problem

I've just picked up a 1994 Ford Ranger 2wd, 2.3, with only 68,000 on it. Im getting a vibration thur the truck when doing 60 to 75 mph. I've truned the front rotors, new calipars, new pads, turned rear drums, new shoes, put on new tires, and had them spun balanced. I feel the vibration in the steering wheel, and in the seat. The u-joints aren't sloppy and tight. The front shocks are shot. Will this give me a vibration??? What have I missed??? Also I've got a rough idle after the truck is warmed up. I've replaced the timming belt, surp. belt, plugs, (all 8), wires (all 8), heater core, thermostat, flushed out motor, replaced the PCV Valve, and cleaned the MAF Sensor. Again, what am I missing???? I don't have alot of money, and could use your help.
Thanks!!
