Hall Effect Stator
How can you replace the hall effect stator without removing the distributor? The truck won't start. The fuel pump, fuel pump relay, ignition coil, and distributor cap have all been replaced and it's still not starting. We want to check the hall effect stator but don't want to remove the distributor if possible.

Sounds like you're not getting spark.
The stator is in the distributor you measure its resistances and for a short to ground-you don't have to remove the distributor-
