1994 Ford Ranger Repair Question

My 94 ford ranger xlt will not stay runing.
It will staying runing for a few seconds if the engine is revered up, but then it starts to chug and shake and then dies. also my idle stay very low.

Clean the idle air control valve and also the MAF sensor with an electronic cleaner and see what happens-start here
