1994 Ford Probe, the car when it is cold runs fine and smooth, but when it heats up it starts to struggle to breathe unless I hit the gas, on the beltway when I am driving fast it runs fine and then it can work, but when I let go of the gas, and it is warm, it is struggling to breathe and stay alive, I replaced my engine and transmission, spark plugs, spark plug wires, checked air filter, what could be wrong?

Check for vacuum leaks, check IAC, if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned for trouble codes.

I already tried, they say that the computer is not communicating with the car, but yet the car starts.
