Will not start all the time let it sit and will start sometimes day or hours later have power to the starter relay but just hear click click lights come on nothing happens is this the starter solenoid?? and do i hjave to remove the starter to get this off having a hard time getting mounting bolts loose are these metric bolts?? thank you
