Ford Explorer Sensor Problem

This Explorer Sat For A Couple Of Years, Then We Put A Reman Transmission In It. It Ran Great For A Little While, But Now It Has An Erratic Idle, Cold Or Hot, And Will Run And Drive Until It Gets Up To Running Temp. Once Up To Running Temp, It Acts Like It Is Not Getting Fuel Or Something. It Loses Power And When You Push The Gas, It Won't Even Idle Up. It Stalls, But Will Start Again Most Of The Time. We Have Put A New Fuel Pump/sending Unit/fuel Filter In It, Changed The MAF Sensor, Idle Air, Coil Pack & Fuel Pressure Regulator. Air Cleaner And Plugs And Wires Are New. We Are At A Loss On What To Do, We Don't Have Hundreds Of Dollars To Keep Replacing Sensors And Have Them Not Fix The Problem. Please Help!!!
