Ford Explorer Brake pedal Problem

Replaced front brake pads and wheel bearings . Brake pedal now goes to the floor and after pumping will come up a little. No brake fluid was lost during the pad installation or bearing installtion. The ABS light was on but is now off.

If you pressed the brake pedal more than about half way to the floor to work the caliper pistons out you likely damaged the master cylinder.
