FORD EXPLORER MECHANIC PROBLEM

1994 Ford Explorer • 196,000 miles

I have had problems with starting. Will start no problem until I go somewhere, then it won't start again. I Have changed the fuel pump, put in a new battery, put in a new crank sensor and some other sensors through a mechanic. Also an inertia nipple. That's what they called it. My car has run for 3 weeks since then until this evening. Now doing the same. My mechanic now thinks it's electical. What do you think?
