MY SHIFTS KINDA HARD FROM 1ST TO 2ND AND WHEN I GET TO 45 TO 55 MPH "IN OVERDRIVE"IT FEELS LIKE IT SLIPS OUT OF GEAR.. But any way I was thinking it might be the rear wheel sensor? Do those symptoms sound possible in relation to the wheel sensor?

Yes and no. I think more that the governor or throttle cable should be checked first. The tps will send a signal of the throttle position and the vehicle speed sensor sends a signal for the vehicle speed.

You may want to have a trans shop to check this for you. I believe you have an E4OD which is a very troublesome trans.

They need to see the exact code to start looking for the issue.
