1994 dodge intrepid wont start got 5 volt reference to CKP and CMP but no output to ASD from PCM no reference coming out of the CKP or CMP either ... should there be a 5 volt refence to the throttle position sensor too which also has various other sensors
Got 5 volt references but no out put to pcm
