1994 Chevy Camaro z28 LT1

Car has intermitten starting problem. Sometimes it starts and runs fine. Sometimes it wont start at all. Just cranks. Spray starting fluid in breather and it runs untill it runs out. New fuel pump good pressure. Cant figure it out. Last time it did it I pulled the wire off the coil and no visable spark but runs on starting fluid. Can you help?

When you first turn the key on it has 48. When its starts and is running it has 46. When you crank the motor and it dosnt start its at 48.
