I disconnected a hose from my raidator and a oil like substance came out. Why does my radiator have this substance?

Oil like substance came the bottom radiator hose.. That hose was connected to the engine block

Most likely old Dexacool antifreeze. Flush and fill should be OK

Was it the lower radiator hose or a steel line the transmission oil cooler ?
