My van cuts off while im stopped at a light and sometimes cuts off while im trying to stop. its fine if i put in park

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable mil codes, you can check those yourself. Clean the throttle-body and iac.
If you have the spider fuel system, they are noted for problems.
