1994 Buick Century 4 cyl. Auto aaa2.2L 175,000 miles About two years we replace new cylinder head car works fine till month ago start perform slugish, no power idle rough. I perform test One cylinder had no spark replace ingnition coil , have spark, stil missfireing notice # one cylinder fuel injector not working replacesed with after market one check wires ingnition plug wire and have pulse, replaced all spark plugs, spark plugs wires are O.K. Cylinder # 1 not working when unplug #1 no change Engine shake, specialy at idle, miss fireing, idle rough, lack of power power Compresion at #1 is 120
Now wont even start like just to at fist crank Ru What to do next

It sounds like you may have had multipule problems. The ignition module took care of your lack of spark problem, but have you checked your fuel pressure? The sluggish & lack of power could indicate a failing fuel pump or clogged fuel filter. According to my database your fuel pressure should be 9 to 13 psi. The cylinder compression figure that you stated is within specification.
