1994 Acura Legend Repair Question

Temp gauge go up when on stop and then back to normal when is running
I have changed the temp sensor,thermostat,and fan relay,still the same.help please.....Danny

make sure it's full of fluid first. then check to see if your fans are working and belt it stight for waterpump. then shut off engine, disconect fans and check radiator for cold spots. it there are then the radiator is bad. If not that have checked for intake/head gasket leak.
