How do I fix blown head gasket

I have a stock turbo gsr greddy carb legal after tuning the car I was heading home driving atleast 65-70 mph the big hose frm the raiator water came off because there was too much pressure or the clamp was loose intake sucked in water to the turbo and somehow there is water coolant mixed with the oil and turn into white milky oil how much is this gonna cost me tto fix and how do I fix it

The only way to fix this si tear it apart and replace the head gasket if that is all that is wrong. Otherwise it's just a shot in the dark. If water got in the turbo hard telling what it did inside the engine. Let alone the turbo.
