1993 Volvo 940 Repair Question

I have a turbo right side rear window does not close what could the problem be
Stops about half way but all other Windows work

If it goes up to that point and down again, the motor should be ok, i would be looking at a faulty regulator, to access this you will have to remove the door trim.
