1993 Volvo 850 Repair Question

My car sounds like it has a flat (which it doesn't) when I'm driving
I was driving home night before last and my car started making this sound as described above

check tires for broken cord which makes tire bulge and thump. jack up and spin by hand and watch for out of round condition.
