Does a fuel filter on a 93 tarago need to be positioned in a particular way.. The top bolt thread looks like it has to be screwed to a position to enable correct fuel pressure and flow to the injection rails. My vehicle since fitting is difficult to start and is using app' 20ltr per 100kms. Great if it was a supercharged V8
