Engine doesn't start work in the Morning

1- in the cooling day the engin doesn't work
2- if it is work there is Excessive White smoke and
after that start black Smoke
from Engine Exhaust Tailpipe

White smoke is burning coolant. You may have a blown headgasket. Get a leak down test done to verify the failure.

You need to do a leak down test in the cylinders to see if there is a blow head gasket. If you dont have the tool, let a shop do it for you to verify.

Dear Sir,
the shop test a blow head gasket and the result was
there is no blow head gasket,
please what's next I do and I would like to inform you
that my car is fully automatic, will you please send me a guid
engin with in picture

Dear sir,
I would like to let you know I check the following with the result
1- heater plugs are OK
2- diesel pump and filter are ok
3- all the fuses are ok
4- there is no any diesel leak
5- the pattery is ok
even that my car take long time to start specially when its cold wether
and some time wont start
please explain to me by photo
I would remind you that my car is toyota prado EFIdiesel turbo model 1993
