Toyota Corolla Gas Problem

When I start the cat it runs like shit it has been tuned up and when I go to drive and push on the gas it has little to no power it will move but barely I have to put the pedle on the floor for it to go anywhere.what I'm in the process of trying its a new fuel filter and new fuel because it does have bad gas in it.

Fuel takes a good year to go bad. As far as the problem, make sure the fuel pump is producing enough pressure. Also, check the catalytic converter and make sure it isn't plugged.
