The places leaks can come from are;

The input shaft where the throwout bearing rides on an outer shaft around the input at the transmission cases.
Either side where the axles go into the transmission can leak from the axle seals.
If loose the drain or fill plug can leak.
The Vehicle Speed Sensor O-ring or seal can leak.
The Shift Shaft seal can leak where the shifter rod goes into the transmission.
