Every time I crank my car cuts off and to crank it again I have to take off the fuel line to crank it again. What is causing my fuel to clog in the

The fuel gets into the fuel line and causes the engine to shut off, and the only way to crank it again is by letting that fuel out of the line

sounds like a fuel delivery issue. check the actual fuel pressure.
