When I takeoff it high revs and has no power and when in reverse it sometimes has a 2second delay and slams

It sounds like your in fail safe mode which means your taking off it 2nd gear instead of first and then you will stay in 2nd gear. Its to protect the transmission if there is a problem. Most likely its a pressure issue inside the transmission. We will have to measure the fluid pressure at different points to start but before we do that I would like to see what codes are in the computer.

Are you sure cause the guy I bought it off said it lost power and when I checked the tranny fluid it didn't have any

So where was the leak?How many quarts did it take to fill it to full?If it was driven around with no fluid you could have burned up the clutches in the transmission.

I don't remember cause when I bought I had replaced a tension pulley but other than that the transmission doesn't feel right

I would see what codes it has and then pressures then go from there.
