Cold this morning heater fan will not blown if it is a fuse how can you check. Can you just pull out im used to the glass ones do not have cars malual

First thing I need to know is what is the actual year make and model of your car. Saturn only had the S model in 1993 the astra didn't come till 2008. Let me know so I can help you out.

Alright do you have a multimeter so we can do some test's?It won't blow on any speed's?
