Hi.
I have Opal Austria 1993 model.
In display Outside Air Temperature show -21 -30 C and(after 10 - 20sec) just show (- - ) It doesn't changes. I don't know what is problem.

I hope I will get answer?

Those are indications of an "open circuit". Find the temperature sensor and check the connector for corroded terminals and cut wires. I don't have access to service information for your model, but those sensors are typically mounted at the front of the car ahead of the radiator.
