1993 Oldsmobile Ciera Repair Question

Oldsmobile Ciera Sensor Problem
Fuel pump was replaced, mas airflow sensor replaced, and the car was started the engine reved up high , checked throttle cables, the Iac sensor was changed one time, it's been a while, as well as the throttle position sensor, its shows no trouble codes, could it still be the fuel pump?

Adjust the TPS closed and wide open throttle voltages and also clean out the idle air control valve and see what happens-also look for vacuum leak
