1993 Nissan Sentra Repair Question

Please help
Yesterday i bought a 1993 nissan sentra i was driving it home and it just shut off in the middle of the road. i tried to turn it over but it sounded like it was flooded any ideas on what it might be?

The description of the sysmptom is not enough to get us going as there are too many possibilities.
You need to isolate the cause, ignition sparks, fuel or mechanical fault that is causuing the problem.
