How can I get the dashboard lights brighter

1993 mitsubishi expo. Dashboard lights are too dim, even with the dimmer control up full.

Had car since 93? all lights working? Really no way to make brighter than what manufacture designed.

Try changing the bulbs. Most of these bulbs have a plastic covering and when these ages, they cloud obstructing the brightness of the bulb. When bulbs ages they tend to dim as well.

No, just bought car. I figured it was bulbs, but not sure how to access them. Can you help?

Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable.
Remove cluster hood.
Remove cluster mounting screws.
Disconnect necessary electrical connectors.

Remove cluster.

To install, reverse removal procedure.
