you must remove the wheel, disc caliper, caliper mount, rotor. ten you will have acess to the stud. hammer it out and you will have to use some big washers and a lug nut to act as a press to install it.

we removed all of that but there is nowhere for the stud to come out

remove the nut and it should slide out of the hub. you will have to release the strut to get enough clearance for the nose of the ale to come out.
