Car won't idle on its own

My 93 mitsubishi 300 won't idle on it's own below 1000rpms-idle control sensor just cleaned. After drove a while, it will idle, but after restarted, you have to manually keep the rpms up to stay running.

Check and test the idle speed controller and EGR valve to include the throttle position sensor-

How about the maf sensor? I had that problem on mine but it could be that
