1993 Mercury Capri Repair Question

Heater only blows cold air
The blower motor is engaging however it will only blow cold air. Radiator is full and it will blow hot air in hot weather but.not in the.cold weather? Any ideas? The car does not appear to be overheating at all

The air blend door could be stuck on the cold position

Tried flipping the switch back and forth but still can't seem to get heat...makes for a miserable drive in the cold when the glass has frost on it lol
