1993 Mercedes Benz 300d Repair Question

Cold start
Mercedes 300d 1993, wont start after a week of sitting in frigid conditions? Originally nothing happened when cables were put on battery. Now after 20 minutes she is showing minimal signs of life. is it possible the battery just needs time to charge?

Could be the battery get it load tested or charge it up to full or the oil is thick and giving the starter motor a hard time to crank engine over
