Mazda Lantis Engine Problem
I have to press the accelarator after starting my car for the engine to start running.it is an automatic,its gears are changing slowly and making a sound when changing

Start with checks for trouble codes.
Perform basic checks, spark plugs, wires etc. Ensure the engine is not misfiring.
