1993 Lexus LS 400 Repair Question

How do i troubleshoot dtc 41
Tune up parts look like new. fuel pump and filter are new. both tps units are new. car acts up after approx 1 hour,and only when its raining.i keep coming up with code 41.i did the lexus method of tps adjustment.

Sounds like you have to check the TPS wiring back to the computer for short and open circuit-if okay -have the computer further checked-
