How to fix dashboard lights?

Replaced electrolytic capacitors located c142, c147 and c212 all needles are back functioning and are lit up but the back lighting for the dashboard is not lighting up at all. Please Help

Did you check the bulbs? Check the fuse for the back lights as well.

Bulbs seem to be fine. Which fuse is for the back light and where is it located? Thank you for your prompt reply.

The fuse is in the fuse box. Test them all with a test light to verify

AIN'T BY CHANCE, GOT THE DASH DIMMER SWITCH TURNED DOWN DO YA? (IF YPU HAVE ONE)

I'M TALKING ABOUT THE PUPPY (WHEEL OR KNOB ON THE DASH OR TURN SIGNAL ARM) THAT DIMS THE DASH, BUT ALSO TURNS ON THE DOME LIGHT WHEN IT HIT'S IT'S LAST CLICK, AT THE END OF IT'S TRAVEL IN MANY DIFFERENT VEHICLES

JUST SLINGIN' OUT SOME STUPID STUFF!
