Clutch fan

I have a 1993 Isuzu Trooper, I have change the clutch fan 3 times in the past 4 months and the car continues to overheat, the water pump is new and working well, the radiator is also new, I have noticed the clutch fan in the morning blows well, However, when I drive about 10-12 miles it starts to over heat and I have also notice that at this time the clutch fan blows very little air, I dont know what else to do.
P.s. the car is not loosing coolant

Have you replaced the thermostat? Also, does it overheat when driving at highway speeds?

yes, and it does overheat at highway speed, see questions for all things done, the only thing that is possible that a bad head gasket is pushing the water or creating a pressure that does not let the water/coolant flow properly, what do you think and how do I check that.
Thanks

You can run a pressure test on the cooling system to see if it bleeds down. Also, with the engine cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. If coolant shoots out, pressure is getting into the system, or you can check engine compression.

Thank You for your answer, how much water should it shoot out if any, and if it doesn't how do I check the pressure just to rule out the possibility of pressure getting into the system.
Again Thank You

it will shoot a good bit out. AS far as the pressure test, they make a small hand pump that is attached to the radiator. You pressurize it with that. Many parts stores will lend you the tool. Also, you may want to consider the compression test. A weak cylinder could indicate a bad gasket. There are directions for that on our homepage under the DIY section.
