Battery light is kind of faint on my dash board/car is making weird noise
When i put it in reverse it makes a weird sound and picks up speed as i lift my foot off the brake. makes the same noise in drive and barely wants to go forward

Check transmission fluid level and condition. It needs to be red or pink and not smell burned. Also check fluid pressure. A gauge should be able to be rented or borrowed from stores similar to Pep Boys, Autozone, and Advanced.

Check the alternator charging for the faint battery indicator light. Ensure all ground circuit connections are good.
