1993 Honda Civic Repair Question

My dose not want to. it has 190000 miles and i change the spark plugs but still dose not want to turn on. whats wrong with it

Its been sitting in a lot for 3 months with out being turned on

Check to see if you are getting spark and fuel to the engine and let me know what you find. Make sure the fuel pressure is within spec.

Ignitor / ICM it's in the distributor it is the trigger for the coil.
