1993 GMC Van Heat/AC blower not working

Hi,

Just got this G3500 van, school bus edition at auction. It's pretty good except for the following problem. When I try to turn on the heat or the a/c, I get nothing from the blower. Not the one in the dash or the one in the back of the bus, which is a separate unit. I'm less concerned about that one, but it would be nice to have it working.

I checked the fuses and they are not blown. What would I do next and how would I do it?

USE A TEST LIGHT TO SEE IF YOUR GETTING POWER TO THE MOTOR. IF YES TRY GROUNDING THE MOTORS HOUSING. IF IT TURNS ON REPLACE THE POWER MODULE.
U ALSO CAN REMOVE THE MOTOR AND HOOK IT UP TO THE BATTERY.

Where would I find the blower motor in the van? I have no idea where it is.

IT'S UNDER THE R/SIDE OF THE DASH.I THINK IF U REMOVE THE GLOVE LINER AND THE R/SIDE OF THE LOWER DASH PANEL U WILL SEE IT. MAYBE IT'S THE UNDER HOOD AT THE FIREWALL.

TRY TAPPING IT WITH A HAMMER IF U GETTING 12V TO THE 2 WIRE CONNECTOR. THE STRIP WIRE IS 12V THE BLACK IS GROUND. HOOK THE TEST LIGHT CLAMP TO THE POSITIVE BATTERY AND PROBE THE BLACK WIRE THE SHOULD LIGHT.
