I'm trying to get the timing adjusted on a 93' GMC Sierra, and I would like to know where the 0 degrees mark on the harmonic balencer or timing plate is located exactly. The plate is extremely rusted, making it impossible to read. The person helping me with the repair said that if he could locate the 0 degrees mark, setting the timing from there would be easy.
